Saudah Mwagale has been employed with Climate Change Adaptation Innovations (CHAI) as an Administrator for over five years.
Having worked in the areas of research specifically on different projects like TWIGA, CHASA, National Technical Institution (NTI) of the NDC Action Project and many others, I am competent with dealing with diverse sectors and institutions that advocate for inclusion of everyone from the grassroot communities to the government level with a goal of providing services using information technology medium in the arenas of climate change, health and education.
I have vast experience and abilities in research administration, Work Health and Safety, training, recruitment, payrolls, financial management, operational management that have led CHAI to be recognized both nationally and internationally.
I earned a master’s degree in human resource management from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia, Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Amity University Uttar Pradesh, India and bachelor’s degree in arts from Makerere University.
